Wood-fired Chicken place. I was drawn in because I heard they have good steaks. Not the case. Wood-fired steaks are marginal at best. Burgers so-so. Their menu has quite a bit of fish on it, however doesn’t seem like the kind of place for fish. I had steak salad … very sweet, and although the steak was prepared as ordered, the flavor wasn’t right. The table across from me had the wood-fired chicken, and they sang its praises all evening. So, if you decide to try Copper Canyon, go for their chicken. Portions are hearty. And, for the best smile you’ve ever seen, try to get Kylan as your waitress.
