Fast food healthy style. According to owner/manager Jerry, eating healthy doesn’t mean you need to eat vegetarian or vegan. The Organic Kitchen features good food selections from organic burgers to rice bowls to very tasty soups and salads. And one of the best things is that cost is realistic, which means not high. We started out with a cup of Spicy Curry Chicken Soup ($3.89). The taste was good, although their organic chicken would have been better if the chicken was off the bone. A more natural look beats small square-shaped chicken pieces. We each followed soup with one of their rice bowls. My dining companion had the Veggie Stuffed Portabella Bowl ($8.89) and I had their Beef Stuffed Portabella Bowl ($8.89). As served, a bit dull and tasteless, however their relish bar offers variety and great options to spike up the dish to make it delicious. Very enjoyable and very filling. Also tried their OK Burger (8.89) which is a healthy and tasty improvement over Five Guys or Charm City Burger. Burger taste is good and its also organic! So tasty and good for you.
