Shelby’s has been around for a long time, however until recently the restaurant basically catered to Century Villagers. Now Shelby’s has extended hours, great new variety of dishes with good prices. Menu items range from Lamb Shank to Tilapia to Meatloaf along with large salads, all at affordable prices.
Not that I’ve had it, but they even have a breakfast or anytime dish called the “Terminator,” which is a 24-inch Pancake … if you can eat it, it’s free! This well known establishment has a fresh new start.
