Sybarite Pig

West Boca Raton, American.

Eclectic. Restaurant owner developed new age tastes to complement his broad range of craft beers. “A” for creativity. “A” for unique menu. “A” for taste. “F” for portion. “C” for value. Go to this restaurant to taste the unusual, however don’t go if you are looking to eat and feel satisfied. We had their “Fig & Raspberry Salad.” Looks like a spinach salad with pecans, pickled onions and pears. No figs, no raspberries. Although dressing may have contained the raspberries. Cost was $10 and is more suitable as an appetizer. We also had their “Hellswine II Sausage.” Served as a 2-inch sausage on a bed of pickled red cabbage along with goat cheese melted over cooked red beets. A very light dish for $10. I had this once before and it came with a bun, however today, no bun. I asked for a bun, and the server said that would be $3 more. Once again, more suitable as an appetizer. We ate there, then went somewhere else for dinner.
